Sandra Bullock put her house up for sale in 2018 and it was bought after only two months in the market for $2.95 million. Sandra, who stars in the new Netflix blockbuster, Bird Box, has a history of sound real estate decisions and this house wasn’t an exception. Located in LA, her former house was cozy and inviting while very spacious, different from what we’re used to seeing from celebrities. Bullock can probably rest easy, for not only did her house sell for a great price, but she’s also currently the star of the most successful Netflix film as of yet.

Taylor Swift – Taylor Swift Reputation Stadium Tour – $2.85 Million

Another celebrity who knows a thing or two about houses is Taylor Swift, whose estates around the U.S. are valued at around $84 million. Taylor, who was recently nominated for a Grammy for Best Pop Vocal Album, listed her luxury house for sale in the middle of 2018 for $2.85 million. Located in Beverly Hills, the house boasts on a number of skylights that together, with the light colors and modern build, gives an airy feeling to it, very fitting for LA. Besides, with the wine cellar in the basement, this house is perfect for receiving guests. Who knows, maybe the entire “girl squad” was at Taylor’s house once.

Shay Mitchell – You – $1.895 Million

Shay Mitchell, who starred in the first season of the new Netflix suspense show You, is selling her Spanish-style home located in Los Angeles for $1.895 million. Mitchell had her home renovated and, it’s no wonder that the stylish star had one of the bedrooms converted into an opulent closet and dressing room, where she could store her huge amount of clothes, accessories, and undoubtedly, bags from her new BÉIS bag collection. After her very intense and stressful role in the series, going back home and relaxing at her house must have been a dream come true.
