Celebrities You Thought Are Long Gone But They’re Not Retiring Just Yet

Celebrities come and go over the years, and we often forget about stars we used to love and idolize at one time during our lives. Sometimes, we even regard them as ‘dead’ if we haven’t heard about them in a while! However, you may be surprised to hear that some of the greatest actors, singers and other well-known public personalities are still very much alive and kicking! That’s why we’ve come up with this list to figure out who is still working or enjoying life in the next chapter of their lives – in retirement.

Clu Gulager had acting in his DNA, because his father was an actor as well, despite having left the industry rather quickly. On TV, Gulager made an even bigger impact when he played Billy the Kid in The Tall Man series, back in the early ’60s. His film credits have been even more impressive over the years, appearing on The Killers, The Last Picture Show, and others. Gulager has also worked as a director, and his film A Day With the Boys got a Palme d’Or Award nomination in 1969. He appeared in the three Feast films directed by his son John Gulager between 2005 and 2008.

Richard Dean Anderson – 70

Anyone who’s lived through the ‘80s and ‘90s knows Richard Dean Anderson all too well. After all, that was when he was starring in series like the original MacGyver, and Stargate SG-1. Today, with the series’ reboot being such a success, we can’t help but wonder what Richard’s been up to these years. It turns out that he hasn’t acted since 2013 when he did an episode of Don’t Trust the B—- in Apartment 23. He is 70 years old right now and living between Vancouver and Malibu while enjoying his retirement with his $30-million fortune.

Lee Majors first entered the world of Hollywood in the 1960’s, but it wasn’t until 10 years later in 1970’s that he rose to true stardom. This is when he began to play the role of Steve Austin in the TV series The Six Million Dollar Man. His good looks and his stunning personality sure helped him to become a very popular actor with talent scouts and fans alike. His personal life however, proved to be a little rocky since he got divorced a total of three times. Although he probably could be worth more if he hadn’t divorced so many times, he still managed to build a net worth of $15 million. He is now happily married to Faith Majors, who is wed in 2002.
