Chad Pennington is now a retired quarterback and we’re sure his retirement planning allows him to enjoy his idle years. The former Miami Dolphins and New York Jets quarterback owns a gorgeous estate in Florida which he bought back in 2008. The Southwest Ranches house sits on 8,260 square feet and is equipped with a swimming pool, a barbecue area with a built-in grill, a water fountain etc. Not to mention that the mansion features 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms which is more than any of us probably need.
