Devin Hester – Riverwoods, Chicago, Estimated $2.6 Million
When Devin Hester signed a contract with the Atlanta Falcons in 2014, he immediately decided it’s time to let go of his gorgeous 10,000-square-foot mansion in Chicago. He did have to cut the price a few times until he managed to sell it, for $1.8 million. Whoever got the lovely 6-bedroom mansion probably had to take a huge home loan to be able to enjoy all this house has to offer which includes a hot tub, a tennis court, a pond and plenty more. Hester officially confirmed his plans to retire from the NFL back in December 2017.
