DeMarcus Ware – Denver, Estimated $1.3 Million
When recently retired Denver Broncos linebacker and defensive end, DeMarcus Ware left his Dallas mansion for a three-level townhouse, we could have easily assumed that it was because of money troubles. But considering his new property is located in the ultra-exclusive Cherry Creek North neighborhood in Denver and had cost $1.37 million, it safe to say that Ware is simply enjoying retirement on a luxurious (but toned down) scale. Ware has been officially retired from the NFL since 2017 and in 2018, he was seen competing on Dancing with the Stars.
