The “Nights in Rodanthe” House – $1.25 Million

Although it seems almost unrealistic, the house where the movie Nights in Rodanthe was filmed is very real. This one-of-a-kind residential property with a gorgeous view is located in the Hatteras Island in the village Rodanthe, on a place called the Outer Banks of North Carolina, and it includes six bedrooms. It has been ten years since the film was released and just recently, reports have appeared that the gorgeous structure with the iconic blue shutters from the movie is on the market with a price tag of $1.25 million.
