Rob Lowe – St. Elmo’s Fire, born in 1964
Brat Pack member Rob Lowe proved he had the acting chops after nabbing a Golden Globe nomination for Thursday’s Child in 1983. He went on to star in The Outsiders and St. Elmo’s Fire, among others. He earned a second Golden Globe nod with Square Dance. Although his star somewhat waned in the ’90s, he had a career renaissance in the ’00s with the TV series The West Wing. He appeared in other TV shows and later dabbled in executive production on the legal drama, The Grinder. To date, the 55-year-old has had six Golden Globe nods and continues to work on TV.
