Ursula Andress was the first ever Bond girl in the first Bond film titled, Dr. No. She never really got the same acting break as the said film had given her and she later even posed for Playboy. She is another star whose looks have been ruined through cosmetic surgery. If you look at her recent photos, she seems far from how she used to look like when she was younger. Andress has been inactive in the acting scene for more than a decade already and her last known role was on The Bird Preachers.
