Jonathan Papelbon – Boston – $2.825 Million

Red Sox player Jonathan Papelbon lived in a gorgeous penthouse in Beacon Street, Boston. The penthouse, which has a total space of 2,500 square feet, was bought in 2009 for $2.67 million. As soon as you enter the home, you could think that it is a luxury hotel with its high ceilings, lavish furniture, and top-shelf appliances. It also features custom cabinetry, two decks, an outdoor hot tub, direct elevator access, and private parking. In 2012, Papelbon put it up for sale for $3.1 million and eventually sold it for a much lesser $2.825 million.
