Max Scherzer – Potomac River – $5.2 Million

Washington Nationals‘ famous pitcher, Max Scherzer, reportedly purchased a mansion located on the Potomac River with a waterfront view for a gold price of $5.2 million. Max renovated the home as it stands in roughly three acres of land and includes an indoor pool and a sunken living room with multiple skylights. With his seven-year contract with the Nationals that’s around $210 million, he officially signed the largest contract for a pitcher in baseball history. Max recently reached his 300 strikeouts in the 2018 season, striking out Austin Dean which made them win the game with a score of 9-4.
