The former lead singer of the 1980’s heavy metal band Pantera Philip Anselmo has come a long way since their disbandment back in 2004. In returning to his own band called Down, (which has been around since 1991) he re-discovered his identity. He founded his own recording company not long after that, which he named Housecore Records. As for his personal life, he once formed a duo with his then girlfriend, Stephanie Opal Weinstein and Southern Isolation went on for a while, up until their separation in 2004.
