He is as much a celebrity marketing vehicle as he has been an athlete, with dozens of lucrative endorsement contracts. As of 2019, his assets were estimated at $60 million, a sum that has allowed the swimmer to settle down in comfort in a 6,000-square-foot mansion in his adopted hometown of Scottsdale, Arizona.
