Venisha Brown (Daughter of James Brown)
Iconic singer and the Father of Funk, James Brown had a daughter, Venisha Brown, but we don’t feel he would be too proud of her if he were still around when she was still alive. Venisha had been arrested and faced charges for a hit and run while driving a stolen car, with a judge sentencing her to prison. Such a shame she didn’t follow her dad’s lifestyle as we would definitely enjoy another queen of funk. She died due to complications with pneumonia in 2018, and even though she was fighting addiction all her life, she never lost faith.
