The house, which carries the style of a farm house (while still looking luxurious), was built in 1770 which contributes to its rustic facade. Zellweger’s country retreat rests on 38 acres land and with its location so near to the Quinebaug river, the view is needless to say, breathtaking. We assume she has a penchant for antique appeal and exposed details, looking at the exterior of the house. We wouldn’t blame her. Not many can’t resist the allure of a country home.
