Eddie Albert – $19.5 Million – Los Angeles
The home which belonged to the late Green Acres actor has been sold for $19.5 by a tech entrepreneur. Albert had been living in the 33000 square foot house since the 1950s and continued living on his own until after his passing. The compound was briefly inhabited by the landscape architect Jay Griffith where he renovated parts of the house just enough to make “wake it up” again. Albert was known for his annual Christmas parties held in this very house with high profile individuals as his guests. Albert, whose real name was Edward Albert Heimberger would often practice his green thumb by growing his own food in his spacious garden.
