Taylor Swift – $17 Million, Rhode Island
Taylor Swift is one of the most famous artists of today’s generation and is already worth around $250 million at the age of 30. Taylor has a very smart business plan; she invests in a lot of trending properties, but her favorite is her $17-million 1,000-square-foot mansion “beach house.” It is where she holds her parties that only the most famous stars can attend. In April 2019, Swift teamed up with Panic! at the Disco’s Brendon Urie and released a new song titled Me! which is apparently part of a new album she is set to release.
