Adele is a very talented British singer who has an incredible voice. Adele’s song ‘Chasing Pavement’ made her name well known and during that time she weight a lot. In an interview, she stated that she used to cry about her weight. She started her diet for the sake her voice because she was scared she would damaged her voice with her old habit of drinking 10 cups of sugary tea everyday and she bid goodbye to her old habits of drinking, smoking and eating spicy and sour food. But what really helped Adele with her weight loss was her training. She claimed that she lose weight by watching, Joe Wicks aka The Body Coach videos and it really helps her a lot.  She also worked out like Jennifer Lawrence with a celebrity trainer, Dalton Wong. Her training and diet really paid off as she has shed 42 pounds and looking younger now.
