Anne Hegerty is the star from an English television quiz personality, who is also the “Chaser” on a game show The Chase. In 2018, she was one of the contestants in ITV reality show called I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! During her time on the 2018  reality show, she was put in the jungle which made her shed a lot of pounds when taking the exhausting challenges. Anne was the star of the show due to her sense of humor and during the reality show, they were only given rice and bean as a basic diet, but Anne said the rice made her stomach upset which she had to stop eating it then. Now after losing a few pounds, Anne is looking healthier and greater!

 

Adele – 42 Pounds – Diet & Exercise

Adele is a very talented British singer who has an incredible voice. Adele’s song ‘Chasing Pavement’ made her name well known and during that time she weight a lot. In an interview, she stated that she used to cry about her weight. She started her diet for the sake her voice because she was scared she would damaged her voice with her old habit of drinking 10 cups of sugary tea everyday and she bid goodbye to her old habits of drinking, smoking and eating spicy and sour food. But what really helped Adele with her weight loss was her training. She claimed that she lose weight by watching, Joe Wicks aka The Body Coach videos and it really helps her a lot.  She also worked out like Jennifer Lawrence with a celebrity trainer, Dalton Wong. Her training and diet really paid off as she has shed 42 pounds and looking younger now.

Rebel Wilson – 40 Pounds – Diet & Cut Down On Soft Drinks

Rebel Wilson’s obviously fuller figure seemed to work so much for her benefit when she started out in Hollywood films. She was perfectly cute and lovable, which is exactly what she was going for! it helped that she had such an adorable Australian accent that was  difficult to miss. Making people laugh was pretty much effortless for the young stand-up comedienne, so she quickly became everyone’s favorite actress on Bridesmaids and Pitch Perfect. Speaking of effortless, she has successfully transformed herself by losing a couple of pounds (much to her loyal fans’ disappointment)

In just a matter of six weeks, she managed to shed as much as 35 pounds off her weight through high-intensity exercises and a strict diet regime. She also signed with and became a spokesperson for Jenny Craig, which helped assure that she would lose pounds healthily. Furthermore, she took all-natural metabolism supplements to ensure that her body burns calories on days that she didn’t have time to exercise or go to the gym. We believe that the results are awesome, Rebel Wilson looks great!
