Kristie Alley – 100 pounds – Fitness Studio & Organic Diet

Kirstie started season 12 of Dancing With The Stars in 2011, she weighed 230 pounds, according to a magazine. After competing the show, Kirstie says she lost 100 pounds—an achievement she attributes to a combination of hours spent in the fitness studio and an organic diet.
In 2014, Kirstie joined Jenny Craig again after a gap as a spokeswoman, saying she wanted to combat her 30-pound weight gain.
Kristie Said – “It’s so important for women to look the way they want to look and feel the way they want to feel for their own reasons, not because someone’s telling them to do so or because it’s fashionable or trendy, or anything like that” she told Women’s Health in 2014. “Losing weight is losing weight, but just because you’re skinny doesn’t mean you’re happy.”
