Though her journey has not been easy as Chrissy eats her heart out sometimes, she prefer to lose weight the healthy way rather than getting gastric bypass surgery. She watch her food intake and exercise or take a walk for a bout 20 minutes a day. In 2019, after months of taking care of what she eats and exercising, Chrissy loss 100 pounds. Chrissy said she wants a fit and healthy body but do not want to be limited by anything. She loves herself regardless how she looks or weight and would not be define by her weight.

Rebel Wilson’s obviously fuller figure seemed to work so much for her benefit when she started out in Hollywood films. She was fat, sure, and yet she was perfectly cute and lovable! it helped that she had such an adorable Australian accent that was damn difficult to miss. She also signed with and became a spokesperson for Jenny Craig, which helped assure that she would lose pounds healthily. Furthermore, she took all-natural metabolism supplements to ensure that her body burns calories on days that she didn’t have time to exercise or go to the gym. Yes folks, this means she didn’t actually have gastric bypass surgery, contrary to her critics’ belief. We believe that the results are awesome, Rebel Wilson looks great!

Even Kat is known for her unique and extraordinary looks, she has decided to go on a strict diet regime which resulted in a 23 Pounds loss that is indeed noticeable and the results are stunning, and we are actually happy for her – since she looks extra gorgeous now!
