British actor James Corden, who is also the host of The Late Late Show With James Corden, has always been a relatively obese man, in fact, it played to his advantage for the roles he landed on comedy sketches and TV shows. However, Corden decided enough was enough and hired himself a personal trainer. He also cut out sugar, bread, and generally improved his entire diet plan. Adding nutrition and exercising hard and long gave him a lot of success. He dropped 85 pounds and now looks a lot better for it.
