196. Bill Bixby – PROSTATE CANCER
Bill Bixby had a long career, but his most recognizable part was playing Bruce Banner in The Incredible Hulk series. Bixby also appeared in numerous acclaimed TV series like The Courtship of Eddie’s Father and The Magician. The second one must have been easy for him as he was an amateur magician in real life. One of his most remembered roles was as Tim O’Hara in the TV show, My Favorite Martian. In 1991, he was diagnosed with prostate cancer but recovered after undergoing treatment. Unfortunately, two years later, the cancer returned, even more aggressive. He died of complications on November 21, 1993.
