208. Lauren Bacall – STROKE
The sultry model and actress from the golden era of Hollywood made her name as a seductress in film noir movies in the ’40s and romantic comedies in the ’50s. One of her first movies was To Have and Have Not. Her performance on The Mirror Has Two Faces earned her critical acclaim and multiple award nominations. Her contributions to the arts were recognized with an honorary Academy Award in 2009. She died in 2014, after suffering a massive stroke at the age of 89. Her passing came one day after the death of famous comedian, Robin Williams.
