Laura Branigan was a very known singer from back then, who had a very successful career. Branigan released countless hit tunes such as Gloria, Self Control, and How Am I Supposed To Live Without You. She was one of those recording artists who shared her voice for soundtracks in movies like Ghostbusters and Flashdance. She broke records for female artists of the era and left an impressive legacy. She made it into the top charts around the world. Due to a condition called ventricular brain aneurysm, she passed away in August 2004.
