Naya Rivera – $2.6 Million, Los Feliz
Naya Rivera’s penchant for picking up complex, dual character roles has paid off in her being able to afford a $2.6- million home. And who is to say you cannot dump one property for the other if you have a bank account like Naya’s? She can sell off her Beverly Hills home for a new 4,158-square-foot alternative. And that’s what she did actually, as she sold her Beverly Hills abode for $2.1 million. Rivera’s most recent role is her role as Collette Jones in the show, Step Up: High Water.
