In 2007, Wayne and his wife sold the mansion for $18.5 million and in 2018, the bought the same mansion for only $13.5 million! Talk about a bargain for them. The reason why Wayne bought the mansion again after selling it is none other than, that mansion is a dream come true! The 6.5-acre property has 2 guesthouses, a tennis court, a spectacular view of Lake Sherwood and also has a movie theater.
