Phoebe Cates is an American actress who began her career in the 80s. Fast Times at Ridgemont High made her very popular with the men due to a steamy swimsuit scene. Then she starred in Gremlins, but her popularity faded over time, especially after she married actor Kevin Kline and became the parents of two children. Phoebe is now a 55-year-old businesswoman who runs her Blue Tree Boutique. Rumor has it that she will actually be appearing in a new project called The Homecoming: A Musical. This will be her first on-screen project since 2001.
