Before Gal Gadot took on the role in the new Wonder Woman film, Lynda Carter was the original actress to play the superhero. In 1972, Carter won the title of Miss World America and based on her current appearance, she has never had to resort to body lifting or plastic procedures. To this day, she continues to build her wealth through acting and can be seen in the new TV series SuperGirl. There are rumors that Carter will appear in the upcoming Wonder Woman 1984 film, which will be released in 2020.
