Almost ten years ago, Sela Ward made a revelation to USA Today, claiming that she could no longer maintain her figure because her youthful metabolism had now deserted her. But a decade later, at 62, Ward looks better than ever. In the photo above, taken in West Hollywood in 2011, Ward still shows off the youthful glow and body that she’s been cultivating for years. She reveals that her body figure relies on three cardio workouts a day, mostly spent on her Stairmaster.
