Jaguar XK TO Jaguar C Type – $110K Investment
If you consider that the Jaguar inline-sixes with its twin-cam is so easy to get your hands on, it shouldn’t shock anyone that classic Jaguar motorcars are being recreated as a cottage industry within Britain’s Commonwealth nations. Take Coventry Classics in New Zealand for example; they produce ‘re-created’ C-Type Jaguars of a high price using alloy bodies. To pull it off, they incorporate a combination of old and new parts from the XK series. Their basic Jaguar re-creation is priced at approximately $110K with no frills and excluding shipping. In 2018, it was reported that Jaguar was looking into relaunching the XK car. If approved it would be available in 2021.
