Richard “Little Hercules” Sandrak – Made A Unique Record

Richard Sandrack was born in Ukraine and moved at age 2 with his family to Pennsylvania. His mother is a former aerobics competitor and his father a martial arts world champion. Sandrak began his training when he was still an infant. Sandrak’s parents foal was it to become famous and make money out of their son.

At the age of six Sandrak was already able to lift 180 lb on a bench press and only two years later he was bench-pressing 210 lb. This gained him the nickname “Little Hercules” and he claimed the title as the world’s strongest boy. Sandrak was so dedicated that he had no time to play with friends, he basically had no real childhood. He would do up to 600 push-ups a day and 300 squats. Furthermore, his father forced him to keep a very strict diet.

He starred in the documentary The World’s Strongest Boy. Rumors of steroid use and parental abuse made the headlines and leading medical experts said that a boy younger than 10 does not have the amount of testosterone to build so strong physiques.

He quit bodybuilding and only does cardio work outs to keep fit. His dream is to become a NASA engineer. At the moment he works as stuntman.
