Tina Majorino – Became A Serious Actor
Unlike others, Tina Majorino was the child star who took a break for 5 years after starred in big successful movies. Before her disappearing, Tina was the child start in the 90’s. She was starred in numerous successful movies and one of them was, 1995 movie, Waterworld. Her role as Elena, made her talent recognized. She then starred in Alice In The Wonderland before taking a break.
At 13, after being an actress since 1992, Tina decided to take her time off from the Hollywood spotlight and be a kid she never had a chance to be. In her interview with MovieHole.net, she stated she took the time off as acting to her was not as exciting as it was before and she could not commit.
Tina made a huge comeback when she starred in Napoleon Dynamite as Deb Bradshaw. The movie was a huge success which made her landed her a role as Cindy “Mac” Mackenzie in Veronica Mars for 3 seasons and the 2014, Veronica Mars movie. Although her career has slowed down, Tina still appeared in numerous famous TV shows like Grey’s Anatomy, Scorpion and she is not showing any sign of slowing down.
