Keshia Knight Pulliam – Youngest Actress To Receive An Emmy Nomination

Who doesn’t remember Keshia Knight Pulliam playing the role of Rudy Huxtable on the NBC sitcom The Cosby Show from 1984-92. Later, she landed the role as Miranda Lucas-Payne on Tyler Perry’s House of Payne (2007-12).

She was the youngest actress that ever  was nominated for an Emmy Award. In print media she first appeared at 9 months old for Johnson & Johnson baby products. Pulliam kept on doing jobs for advertisement and TV. She is one of the greatest child stars of all time ranking no. 19 on VH1’s list of the “100 Greatest Child stars”.

Keshia contested in 2013 on the celebrity show Splash, however she was the first to be evicted. She was also contestant in The Celebrity Apprentice Season 7 and was the first contestant to be eliminated.

On New Years eve 2015 she got engaged to her boyfriend Edgerton Hartwell and a day later they got married in Pulliam’s home in Atlanta. Less than 7 months later he already filed for divorce – shortly after she announced her pregnancy.

In the past rumors were spread that Pulliam is addicted to cocaine. The allegations weren’t confirmed.
