Rory McIlroy is another golfer on this list who experienced being on the top spot of the Official World Golf Ranking. McIlroy has bagged a total of four major championships already. McIlroy’s success in his professional golf career truly allowed him to invest in real estate at such a young age. McIlroy once purchased a house in Palm Beach Gardens for $9.5 million. The 10,577=square-foot house had two swimming pools and a gym. The interior and exterior design of the house is really jaw-dropping so we don’t really know why McIlroy gave up the place. The Palm Beach pad is listed with an asking price of $12.9 million.
