David Duval has a total of 20 professional wins already but his proudest moment was when he won the Open Championship back in 2001. Duval’s golf career already helps him grow his wealth tremendously but it seems like getting into real estate investment benefits him as well. Duval was able to put two of his mansions in Denver up for sale. The bigger property is a seven-bedroom mansion which is about 11,372 square feet. It has a lavish master suite, a sunroom, a media room, and a mother-in-law apartment. Its asking price is $9 million while the second home he is selling is priced at $5 million.
