Fred Couples, 59 – $4M
Fred Couples once owned a cool mansion in La Quinta which has this whole Mediterranean vibe to it. The 5,200-square-foot mansion has two master suites with their own private terraces and fireplaces. There is also a media room, great room, and a lavish chef’s kitchen inside the mansion. The estate first hit the market with an asking price of nearly $4 million. But since no one bought it, the price was brought down to $3.75 million. Couples is best known for the successful career he had back in the 1990s. In 2013, he earned a spot in the World Golf Hall of Fame.
