Matt Kuchar, 40 – $2.3 Million
Matt Kuchar has been playing professionally since the early 2000s. Kuchar has a total of eight PGA Tour wins already and is recognized for winning the bronze medal during the 2016 Summer Olympics. Kuchar’s most recent win was during the Mayakoba Golf Classic tournament back in November 2018. He is used to having multi-million dollar earnings and this is why he gets to enjoy so many luxuries in life. Back in 2010, Kuchar purchased a lavish mansion in Simons Island, Georgia for $2.3 million. The six-bedroom mansion has a swimming pool and a breathtaking view of the nearby beach.
