Warren Beatty and Annette Bening’s former home is a very beautiful sight in the Beverly Hills’ landscape. Covered by ivy outside, it presents a cozy but spacious mansion. However, the couple decided to take it out of their portfolio when they listed it for $7M. Considering the size of the house, which is over 10,000 square feet, it is not a bad price at all. Warren And Annette have both had prolific careers, with Warren evolving not only as an actor but also as a producer and a director. His latest project was 2016’s Rules Don’t Apply, in which he served as its actor, director, writer, and producer.
