Robert Redford – $7.5 Million, Napa Valley
Robert Redford has been deeply involved in movie-making for decades, starting as an actor and then deciding to develop his talent as a director. As one of the founders of the Sundance Film Festival, he has been an instrumental part in its success. He revealed in the 2019’s edition that he was going to leave his place as the introductory part of the festival, considering that the festival doesn’t need it anymore. Amongst other changes in his life, he decided to sell his Napa Valley home in 2018, which he put for sale for $7.5M. It was not a staggering amount of money considering the favorable location.
