Another legendary F1 figure is Jackie Stewart, who managed to bag three World Drivers Championships from 1965 to 1973. Stewart also competed in Indianapolis 500, and since retiring in the ’70s, he has worked as a racing-safety-advocate and a TV commentator. Stewart lives in Ellesborough alongside his wife Helen. His mansion is located just next to the Country residence of the Prime Minister, the infamous “Chequers” mansion. Its home decor mostly resembles ’60s houses, as the picture above shows. Stewart is now going through a rough phase after his wife Helen has been diagnosed with dementia in 2016. He even organized a fundraiser in 2018 for people with the same condition.
