Jacques Villeneuve, 47 – $3.9M

Canada has its own racing national treasure, and that’s no other than Jacques Villeneuve. Villeneuve has won the F1 Championship once, back in 1997. For many years, he spent his off-time in a log cabin in Quebec, which came with three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and the entire Lake Semilion just for him. Things changed though in 2017 when it was reported that Villeneuve owed $1.7 million in taxes, and his log cabin was put on the market by the Revenue Quebec for $3.9 million. Certainly not good financial management by Villeneuve there, and we think that the cabin has already found a buyer since it’s no longer listed online.
