Emerson Fittipaldi, 72 – $13.8M

When it comes to racing legends, Emerson Fittipaldi is right up there with Michael Schumacher, Ayrton Senna, and more. Coming from Brazil, he made his F1 debut in 1970, and he then managed to win two F1 and two Indianapolis 500 Championships. No wonder his house, the “Key Biscayne” mansion, was valued at $13.8 million. He sold it in 2013, and his former property included a formal dining room, six bedrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, 6.5 bathrooms, and a unique design. Though Fittipaldi retired many years ago, he still races occasionally, like in 2018, when he drove in Formula E.
