Ken Block is one of the biggest racing stars, with the Hoonigan star having expanded his business ventures beyond motorsports, having co-founded the clothing company, DC. His house in Park City, Utah, is the infamous DC Mountain Lab, a huge property which mostly serves as a snowboard and extreme-sports-facility. It has its own snowmobiles and dirt bikes, along with a lot of slopes for ski and snowboard fans. It also includes a 3,800-square-foot mansion, which Block decided to put on the market in 2011 for $7 million. Most people though don’t even care about his house: in December 2018, he uploaded his new Gymkhana video and racing fans have gone nuts about it.
