You have to be more than good when people compare your driving style to Colin McRae’s attitude behind the wheel. That’s Jari-Matti Latvala, the most famous Finnish WRC driver. An aggressive race driver, Latvala has won 18 events throughout his career. Ironically though, he has never managed to bag a Championship title. In 2016, he left Volkswagen Polo R WRC and moved to Toyota Gazoo Racing WRT, though his performance has deteriorated. It’s rather reasonable, considering he’s now 33. Latvala didn’t invest too much money on housing, as he opted to stay in this rather modest home in Finland.
