Kimi Räikkönen, 39 – $24M

Kimi Raikkonen once had the highest earnings annually in the F1, and the Sauber star, who became famous for his performance with Ferrari, didn’t struggle much to buy his dream house. Though Raikkonen comes from Finland, his private paradise is situated in Baar, a small yet picturesque village outside Zurich. He purchased it in 2009 for an estimated $24 million, and we guess that its underground garage with enough space for 10 vehicles sounded perfect. In 2018, he barely escaped legal issues when a woman blackmailed him, claiming that he had indecently assaulted her in 2016. The charges were later dropped.
