Nigel Mansell, 65 – $14.4M

Nigel Mansell’s F1 career was phenomenal, while, when he later moved to the CART Indy Car World Series, he showed the world that he could drive anything that had wheels on it. As expected, his investment account was much bigger than an average person’s one. With his insane financial rewards, Mansell moved to a coastal mansion at St. Brelade’s Bay in the ’90s. His relationship with the neighbors was rather bad, as he often made home extensions and installed numerous fences around it for security reasons. In 2015, he sold the house for $14.4 million. In 2018, Mansell was the recipient of the London Classic Car Show Icon Award.
