Das Haus ist im spanischen Stil eingerichtet und vermittelt ein leichtes Vintage-Flair, da es 1927 erbaut wurde. Das Anwesen befindet sich auf einem 2174 Quadratmeter großen Grundstück und ist strategisch von gesicherten Zäunen und einem baumbestandenen Hinterhof umgeben. Das Haus bietet außerdem ein Wohnzimmer mit herrlichen Decken, eine Küche mit Hartholzmotiven, zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer. Klingt für uns sehr nach Zuhause.
