Pat Rafter, 46 – $15.2M

Ranked #1 at the ATP in 1999, Pat retired in 2002 with a successful professional tennis career behind him. He was the winner of the U.S. Open in 1997 and ’98, won the Australian Open in 1999, and became the first winner of Canada Masters, U.S. Open, and Cincinnati Masters ever, in the Open Era. Rafter is also the only one in the world to win every match against Roger Federer. In 2018, Rafter sold his Sunshine Beach mansion for $15.2 million – which was not his initial desired price as he was asking for $18 million. It had seven bedrooms, five baths, an infinity swimming pool, and sat along the well-known Seaview Terrace.
