“The Proposal” House – Price Undisclosed
Don’t we just adore the way the character of Sandra Bullock on The Proposal bullies her assistant Ryan Reynolds but he returns the favor by taking her to the family’s cool mansion in Sitka, Alaska? Many fans have wondered whether the Paxton residence was real and the truth is, it is very real. However, it isn’t located in Sitka, Alaska like the movie claimed but in a coastal town named Manchester, in Massachusetts. The home includes ten bathrooms and nine bedrooms and some of the rooms were remodeled for the movie.
