The “Psycho” House – $800K
There is no movie that the great filmmaker Alfred Hitchcock had made that didn’t enter the history of Hollywood’s spookiest films ever. One of those movies is the blockbuster Psycho, which was filmed on the grounds just behind Universal Studios back in 1960. The house started as two walls with an empty facade, but the house was completed for the New Studio tour. Many fans still have the chance to visit the scary Bates Mansion! With a price of $800K, you’d probably need good property insurance if you decide to buy this iconic house.
